Mon frère, il avait
une idée: de fabriquer la glace.
Et moi, je pense qu'il était
idiot, mais c'était un...
Il aime bien les idées comme ça.
Nous avons commencé avec
mon frère et deux ou trois.
Maintenant, sa fille
et la famille travaillent ici.
Nous avons cherché les
ingénieurs pour fabriquer les
appareils pour travailler avec
la glace. Je peux prendre photo
à vous, et puis on fait sur
computer, et dans deux
heures, vous êtes en glace.
Nous fabriquons pour deux
ou trois bars les verres
en glace pour la bière,
et aussi pour le vin.
Cette année, nous avons
fabriqué un camion en glace
pour une grande maison.
C'était pour la publicité pour
une batterie qui marche bien.
Tout est fabriqué ici. Nous
avons fait l'
export dans tous
les pays. La Grèce, Dubaï,
Portugal, Cape Town en Afrique
du Sud, en Australie,
à Mumbai et à Delhi.
Nous avons ici une personne qui
est spécialiste en logistique
spécialement pour les douanes,
export, toutes les régulations.
Nous avons un camion réfrigéré.
Si vous êtes à Dubaï et vous
voulez un bar par exemple,
nous avons les dessins ici. Nous
vous donnons le prix et le temps
pour fabriquer. Et puis avec
vous, nous étudions toutes les
douanes. Et quand il arrive à
Dubaï, nous avons deux ou trois
personnes ici qui visitent pour
fabriquer le bar pour vous.
C'est difficile pour tout
le monde d'apprendre comment
on travaille avec la glace.
Les complications, c'est les
douanes, la température. Si
à Dubaï, c'est 40-50º et la
glace est dans un
réfrigéré, s'il n'y a pas
hydro, on a un problème.
Nous avons fait le château
de Walt Disney à Times Square.
Là, le problème, c'était il faut
fermer le square. Logistique
impossible. Et puis nous avons
loué une grande grue et nous
avons envoyé 22 personnes.
C'était sur la télévision
pour cinq, dix minutes et puis
après dix minutes, c'est fini.
Nous avons fait un mariage
à New York. Nous avons fait
beaucoup de glace. Ça coûte
plus que 110 000$. C'est ça. On
paye beaucoup pour les mémoires.
Après 24 heures, c'est de l'eau.
Mais le mariage, c'était bien.
