The Ontario French Language Educational Communications Authority, commercially known as Groupe Média TFO (hereinafter “TFO”) offers website features and other related products and services such as mobile applications and software (“TO Services”). TFO provides TFO Services subject to the following conditions.
By using the www.tfo.org website, you accept being bound by the following:
(1) Groupe TFO’s Terms of Use (hereinafter “the Universal Terms of Use”);
(2) The Privacy Policy; and
(3) The Supplementary Terms of Use stated below (Supplementary Terms of Use)

• Using the website, it’s resources and TFO Services for any illegal purposes; and
• Intentionally or unintentionally violating any applicable local, provincial or federal laws.

TFO DOES NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY AND ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR ANY CONTENT POSTED BY YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY AND YOU RECOGNIZE, AND ACCEPT, THAT THE PUBLISHED CONTENT ON TFO.ORG AND OTHER TFO SERVICES DO NOT NEECSSARILY REFLECT THE OPINIONS OF TFO.
