Il s’agit d’une courte animation qui illustre les propos d’une chanson. À l’intérieur d’une maison, deux fillettes et un garçon sont déguisés. Une des fillettes porte un costume de pirate, tandis que l’autre fillette porte un diadème, une écharpe boa et des sabots à talons. Le garçon porte quant à lui un chapeau haut de forme et un nez de clown. Les trois personnages dansent au rythme de la musique, quand le talon du sabot de la fillette se brise. Le garçon retire son costume et se dirige vers la forêt avec une scie. La fillette qui était déguisée en pirate le rejoint. Elle a également retiré son costume. Sous le regard attentif de la fillette dont le talon s’est brisé, le garçon et l’autre fillette coupent un arbre, en retirent les branches et fabriquent des échasses. Les trois personnages marchent ensuite à l’extérieur, chacun monté sur des échasses.
