réchauffements, des étirements.
Un DJ met de la musique.
Puis après, ils mettent
de la musique assez forte
et tout le monde commence
à danser ensemble.
Les jeunes filles répètent les mouvements de la professeure.
Après, elle fait des étirements
du yoga pour bien se
détendre après la danse.
Après, ils mettent la musique
